Another option for cutting some materials is Die Cutting.  Based on your design we make a custom die, load it into our clicking press, and stamp out parts - kind of like using a cookie-cutter.  Many materials can be cut using this process with plastic films, rubber sheets, and paperboard flat-stock being great candidates.

We have a state of the art clicking press manufactured by industry leader ATOM that is dedicated to this process.  This piece of equipment is capable of handling everything from prototype quantities up through high-volume runs.
